The Wellness Hub – Therapy Room Terms & Conditions
At The Wellness Hub, my priority is to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients. Please review the following terms and conditions before booking your appointment:
Client Consultation Form
For your safety and to provide the best possible care, all clients are required to complete a consultation form before receiving any treatment at The Wellness Hub. This form helps me understand your needs, medical history, and any relevant health considerations. If you arrive for your appointment without having completed the consultation form, you will be asked to fill it in on site. Please note that the time spent completing the form will be deducted from your scheduled treatment time. Treatments cannot and will not proceed without a completed consultation form.
Payment Policy
To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. This applies to all advance bookings made online, over the phone, or via direct message. For walk-in appointments, payment must be made in full at the time of your treatment, prior to the session beginning. Please note that no treatment will be provided without full payment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are non-refundable. No-shows will also be non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. To cancel or reschedule, please contact The Wellness Hub directly using your original booking method.
Conduct & Respectful Behaviour
The Wellness Hub is committed to maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment for all. Any form of negative, disrespectful, or sexist behaviour will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if such behaviour is exhibited or if there is reasonable belief that it may occur.
Agreement
By booking an appointment at The Wellness Hub, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of all clients, as well as to respect the time and resources of the business.
